WHAT IS CBD?
CBD stands for Cannabidiol. According to the Harvard Medical School, “While CBD is an essential component of medical marijuana, it is derived directly from the hemp plant, which is a cousin of the marijuana plant.”
CBD has a wide variety of health benefits. The strongest scientific evidence is for its effectiveness in treating some of the worst childhood epilepsy syndromes that cannot respond to anti-seizure medications. However, the products are sold as a supplement, not a medication.
CBD isolate is a form of CBD, or cannabidiol, which is a chemical compound present in the cannabis plant. Unlike full-spectrum CBD products, CBD isolate does not contain any THC — the psychoactive component of cannabis. Most other CBD products contain at least a small percentage of THC.
Yes! CBD is legal in the UK as long as it contains less than 0.2% THC and it has been derived from an industrial hemp strain.

Everyone functions differently. It’s not a one-size-fits-all approach when it comes to CBD dosing. We recommend you start low and go slow. Try a lower dose or a recommended dose and observe how your body responds to it.
CBD is not magic. You might not see desired results within seconds, your body and mind will take time to adjust. It might take anything from 30 minutes to 2 hours+ to start feeling the relaxing effects of CBD.
Enjoying CBD is a lifestyle choice; as they say “a journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step”. It is a step that you can prepare for by eating well, making sure your body is well hydrated and trying to establish a regular sleep pattern.
