Delivery & Returns Policy


We ship our orders primarily with Royal Mail first class delivery services.  

These are delivered Monday – Saturday (excluding Bank Holidays). For every order you will receive tracking information if you provide your phone number and email address. 

We do not take responsibility for delivery times. We post all items promptly, but Royal Mail determines delivery time.


If you wish to return the product, please inform us by email or WhatsApp message. We will send you detailed instruction for returning the goods.

Return the product to us at your expense in unused condition and in the original undamaged packaging (or packaging of the same quality) for a full refund less postage and packaging charges. We recommend using an insured delivery service.

Returns must be made within 14 calendar days of receipt of our return instruction.

We will endeavour to process your refund as soon as possible, usually within 14 calendar days of receipt of your returned goods. We will normally refund you using the same payment method that you used to purchase the goods. We will also credit your loyalty points back to your account if you have used them at your purchase.
